This renovation was unique; creating a space for the end user’s internationally recognized one of a kind book collection.

Over 7000 SF of space within the 4th floor of the education building at the UA campus was completely demolished to allow for a new space that featured a studio, book collection area, administration spaces, workrooms and classrooms  added to the renovation was a custom designed wood ceiling, and glass windows on all exterior brick masonry and original art canvassed onto steel panels.
