We have a portfolio that spans a large breadth of various types of work, from Specialty Labs like the Biosphere LEO Research project, to complex adaptive reuse, such as the El Rio Grant Health Center, to multi-million dollar new construction military facilities, such as the DEMA Readiness Center. We also have numerous renovations, tenant improvements, historical preservation projects, and even multi-unit residential projects with parking garages . In addition to taking on larger projects, we also have a dedicated small projects division that handles small business contracts and Job Order Contracts with various government procurement departments.

The reason our portfolio contains such a broad spectrum is because our specialty is geographical. We have made the conscious decision to work primarily in Southern Arizona.
