The AC Hotel Tucson is part of the European inspired, boutique hotel chain by Marriott. The concept combines elements of classic architecture with modern design. The Tucson location is eight stories, including 4,500 square feet of ground-floor, retail space, and a four-level parking garage, comprised of 200 parking spaces. The hotel features 136 rooms, the AC Lounge, a fitness center, as well as a rooftop pool with stunning downtown views. There is 1500 square feet of available meeting space that can accommodate up to 100 people.

This project demanded incredible attention to detail to realize the vision of the design team and owner. As a luxury, boutique, hotel it was imperative that the final aesthetic create both a sense of well-appointed hospitality and a that of a chic, exciting getaway.

This was the first hotel to be built in downtown Tucson in over 40 years. It is a LEED Gold Certified Project.
