Our passion is for building, and unlike many general contractors, Lloyd has the value added resources and capabilities to self-perform work. For each project, we work with the Owner to identify those opportunities. When our pricing is the most competitive, the flexibility of using our own forces to self-perform is a direct benefit to the Owner.
