This healthcare project is currently under construction and consists of the existing Copper Queen Community Hospital expansion of three (3) phases expanding the emergency, laboratory, pharmacy, and cardiology departments from 4,160 SF to 14,649 SF.

This will be accomplished by adding a new steel stud/masonry building, renovating the existing x-ray room, several exams rooms and the waiting room, as well as the addition of a 5,000 SF modular for their physical therapy department. The hospital remains in constant operation during the construction. The new building contains a CT scanning room, mamo room, radiology, and ultrasound. All of which took detailed coordination between the equipment suppliers by the Lloyd team and the Owner. The new building has several exam rooms, a urine and blood lab, doctors offices, an emergency quick care entrance and a standard entrance.
