The existing deck on the 50-meter pool was raised by two feet to provide additional pool depth required to hold sanctioned national swim meets.

A competition gutter, sports lighting, a scoreboard, one- and three-meter diving boards, a new heater, pumps and filter were also added.

A new slide and splash pad were also added, as well as a new equipment room and a new bathhouse. A separate pump house and storage building utilize the salvaged steel structure from the original bathhouse that once served the facility.
