Lloyd Construction partnered with Owner and Architect to build the Clubhouse Village at the new Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain. The clubhouse includes lounges, bars, fine dining, a wine room, and a full-service kitchen in addition to member and guest locker rooms. Another building includes a spa, pool, exercise, and weight rooms, and well as a retail shop for golfers.

Included in the scope of work were an underground parking structure, surface parking, landscaping, golf paths, and restrooms. The entire complex totals 78,000 SF. The club is adjacent to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. This work took place on a remote site in Tucson.
