The central plant provides heated water and chilled water to the TCC, and surrounding City owned properties.

Phase 1 involved installation of pre-purchased cooling towers and condenser water side repairs/replacements of aging equipment. Phase 2 involved replacement the boilers and the heating/hot water system during the non-heating season. The required shutdowns were executed during off-hours. Phase 3 involved replacement of the chillers and the chilled water system in the plant during the non-cooling season.
