Lloyd Construction partnered with Tucson Medical Center and the Architect to replace (3) existing cooling towers with (2) new, modern towers at the hospital’s central plant.

All of the piping, cooling tower pumps, cooling tower fans and electrical infrastructure were also replaced.

There were several challenges on the project including a steadfast deadline, the fact that only one tower could be built at a time, and ensuring that no services were interrupted.
