New construction includes the building of a 12,000 SF training facility, an open air BBQ, and a pavilion for outdoor events.

For the 27,700 SF of renovations, the three (3) existing buildings on site are being remodeled for offices, administration, support and will be considered the Corporate Headquarters for Truly Nolen.
