Crane Goes Up in Downtown Tucson

There has been a lot of activity, recently, at the AC Hotel Tucson by Marriott site.

• Work continues on footings and columns.
• The tower crane, standing over 140’ tall, has been assembled and been used to move materials and forms onsite.
• Underground utilities are slated to begin next week.

The AC Hotel is the first hotel to break ground, in downtown Tucson, in nearly 50 years. It will consist of 8-stories and include the following amenities:

• 136 rooms
• Restaurant with full bar
• Fitness center
• Rooftop pool
• Valet service
• Built-in parking
